One Dead following a head on collision on SR-28 near Quincy

One is dead after a car versus semi-truck collision on White Trail Road in Grant County.  According to Trooper John Bryant, eastbound SR-28 near milepost 26 is partially blocked. 

Troopers said the road conditions are very icy and are asking people to avoid the area. 

Washington State troopers have responded to a fatal collision involving a car and semi-truck on eastbound State Route - 28 at White Trail Road, about five miles west of Quincy.

WSP have stated that State Rout 28 is partially blocked.
