Moses Lake is getting two new restaurants. Seattle based MOD Pizza and Chipotle Mexican Grill are heading to Moses Lake. The two restaurants will reportedly be a part of the new retail pad located at 2345 South Maiers Road, according to a real estate listing this week by Chad Carper, Broker with Kiemle Hagood. Construction on the site is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2022.
Chad Carper, Broker with Kiemle Hagood, is looking for a tenant for a retail pad site in Moses Lake. The site is located at 2345 South Maiers Road and measures 6,500 SF but can be divided by 1,500 SF.
