MOSES LAKE — A new restaurant has opened in Moses Lake, offering a variety of flatbread sandwiches that are delicious, healthy and reasonably priced.
Mr. Flatbread, owned by Elli Santis, is located at 208 South Alder Street in Moses Lake, right next to J’s Teriyaki. If the name of the restaurant seems familiar, it’s because the Santis family knows the ropes of owning a restaurant. Mr. Flatbread was originally located in downtown Ellensburg but the decision was made to close up shop earlier this yea, move to Moses Lake and open up a restaurant, serving fresh flatbread sandwiches in the Columbia Basin.
Mr. Flatbread sells flatbread sandwiches in a variety of flavors such as Turkey, Turkey & Blue Cheese, Turkey & Pineapple, along with Chicken, Chicken & Garlic, and Chicken & Artichoke. The sandwich shop also offers sandwiches in a vegetarian option, salads, and italian sodas.
