MLPD are trying to find 33-year-old Misty Baker of Moses Lake, who is accused of taking multiple items from the Home Depot hardware store Tuesday night.
Police said she punched a loss prevention officer in the face as she fled. This increased her charges from a gross misdemeanor to a class A felony. By the time MLPD arrived, Baker had already left the scene in a vehicle.
Officials said that the vehicle she fled the scene in is most likely hers with Eyewitness accounts saying it was a black Ford Escape. The only way local officials could disclose her information the night of the incident was that Baker left her phone at the scene, and it was open to her Facebook page.
Baker is now wanted for first-degree robbery, and has two other warrants.
