MLPD seeking public's help to ID pedestrian struck by car Friday evening in southeast Moses Lake

Friday night in the southeast portion of Moses Lake at 5:30pm a pedestrian was struck by a car.


MLPD Capt. Mike Williams says the man did not have identification on him and has not been able to communicate with officers. The man is described by the Moses Lake Police Department as a light-skinned Latin American or African American male in his late teens or early 20s. He is about six feet tall and 230 pounds, with black medium length curly hair.



The man is described as wearing a camouflage hoodie, black jeans and Vans brand shoes during the time of the incident.


The pedestrian was taken to Samaritan Hospital however Samaritan did not disclose the victim's injuries. He was then been transferred to a downtown Spokane hospital.


Anyone with information regarding the pedestrian or that may have witnessed the accident is asked to call the Moses Lake police department at 509-762-1160.
