VIDEO: Los Angeles County motorcycle deputy killed in crash early Thursday afternoon

A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department motorcycle deputy was killed in a traffic crash Thursday morning, Sheriff Alex Villanueva said. The crash occurred at an intersection in suburban Lakewood, the sheriff said in a tweet. There was no immediate additional information.

“Please be patient as we gather facts,” Villanueva said.
