The GCHD (Grant County Health District) is reporting fifty-three (53) additional cases of COVID-19 since their last update. The cases reported today are residents of Ephrata/Soap Lake, Mattawa , Moses Lake area, Quincy, and Royal City.
According to the Health Grant County’s rate of COVID-19 over 14 days per 100,000 residents is slowly declining. They added saying to keep it moving in the right direction, everyone needs to continue doing their part to limit the spread of COVID-19 like wearing a face covering anytime you are around people you don’t live with and staying home if you feel sick or have been told to quarantine because you’ve been around someone who was diagnosed with COVID-19. The most important thing you can do is to also wash your hands, use physical distancing, and not gather with people you don’t live with.
