Eyewitnesses have reported a loud bang near the Division St Hill along the one thousand one hundred block of South Ashley Way.
EMS was dispatched and MLPD and K-9 units are patrolling the neighbourhood and surrounding areas including the Aho housing development and the Desert Highlands neighbourhood.
Residents who have heard the loud noise are comparing it to a gunshot however it has not been confirmed by MLPD. Eyewitnesses who live near the Moses Lake High School and Yonezawa Blvd have stated that they have also heard the noise from inside their homes.
