MOSES LAKE — The future of Moses Lake School District interim Superintendent Carole Meyer remains unclear.
Carole Meyer joined the Moses Lake School District in 2017 as the Assistant Superintendent. Prior to joining the district, Meyer was the principal at Salk Middle School in the Spokane School District. “I am excited to join the leadership team in the Moses Lake School District,” Meyer stated at the time of her hire. “I am looking forward to building relationships and partnering with schools staff, students, parents and business partners in the community.”
Carole Meyer, who previously served as principal at Rogers High School in Spokane from 2005 to 2010, served as principal of Havermale High School from 2004 to 2005, was an assistant principal at Ferris High School and Mount Spokane High School, and served as a counselor at Lewis and Clark High School and as a special education teacher in the Mead School District.
Carole Meyer became the interim superintendent of the Moses Lake School District in September 2021. It is still unclear if Meyer is still employed by the district, according to two sources within the school district.
